Retail and hospitality IT firm Vodat asked us to devise a content campaign demonstrating how in-store connectivity can help businesses achieve greater levels of customer personalisation. Our solution was to create this 18-page report entitled Time To Get Personal, which highlights the significant ROI generated by personalisation techniques such as clienteling. It reveals how a secure IT ecosystem built on solid backend systems (CRM, inventory management, mobile EPOS etc) featuring powerful WIFI, and IoT solutions such as RFID, can successfully nurture and convert individual customers.
