Retail and hospitality IT firm Vodat asked us to devise a content campaign demonstrating how in-store connectivity can help businesses achieve greater levels of customer personalisation. Our solution was to create this 18-page report entitled Time To Get Personal, which highlights the significant ROI generated by personalisation techniques such as clienteling.
